For FlashBack, we developed a brand strategy that could stand toe-to-toe with century-old luxury names, while establishing a clear voice in the EV space. Our approach combined Scandinavian design sensibilities with a strong commitment to sustainable innovation.

Creative Process
Research & Strategy: I analyzed FlashBack's current positioning and the "film photography" trend in Australia to define a visual style that feels candid, unposed, and effortless.
Pre-Production: Based on the strategy, I developed a storyboard and concept focused on "stealing moments." We selected a model who embodied the brand's youthful and adventurous spirit.
Filmmaking: During the shoot, I directed the model to interact naturally with the environment, focusing on movement and natural light to create a cinematic yet authentic "home video" feel.
Post-Production: I edited the footage to create a dynamic rhythm suitable for social media retention. I applied a specific color grading to mimic the warmth and grain of actual film, aligning with the product's output.
Marketing Integration: I delivered the final assets alongside a rollout strategy, ensuring the video content was optimized for maximum reach on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Results
The video production successfully translated the tangible feeling of analog photography into a digital format. The campaign generated high audience retention and resonated deeply with the Gen Z demographic. FlashBack reported a significant spike in social media engagement and brand sentiment, with the content becoming a benchmark for their future visual identity.
Conclusion
Through a strategic blend of storytelling, aesthetic filmmaking, and targeted marketing, I was able to create a visual narrative that didn't just show the product, but sold the feeling of using it. This helped FlashBack strengthen their community connection and achieve their campaign
